Stacked shafts and/or pipes can be isolated using the charging system.

These can be removed with a gripper arm when isolated and fed into a machine tool in a defined cycle.

Using the crankshaft loader, machine tools with crank arms or other pipe parts can be assembled in toggle mode and/or finished tools can be extracted simultaneously.

Various tools of different shapes are possible using changeable clamping jaws and holders.

Handling system with manual placing, wrapping, transportation and tipping of rolled goods.

The special shape of rolls ensures careful transport of sensitive rolls and materials. Packed rolled goods can be transferred to a tethered unit using the tip function.

Transportation unit with memory function for transporting workpieces of any geometric shape. The workpieces are transported depending on design and field of application via gear belt or chain.

Connection as workpiece inflow and/or workpiece outflow is universally achievable.

Storage magazine for isolating pipes and shafts. Using a gripper, the raw material can be automatically fed into a machine tool for further processing.

The storage module can be adjusted for different diameters and lengths.

The transport and positioning unit enables the exact positioning of tools and workpieces in deep hole drilling machines. The unit has a net weight of approx. 20 tons. The grippers can transport parts weighing up to 7 tons. Despite the large dimensions of the portal, positioning accuracy of up to 0.1 mm can be maintained.

Comparable portals with smaller dimensions and lower load capacities are used repeatedly in other applications.
